Creating a CD Cover Design -> .zdl file extesion

Hi,

I have to reproduce a CD for work and the CD cover design is in a .zdl file extension. The creator of the cd design told me that he made it through Adobe but I can't figure out which program was used. He also mentioned that he used a free download from the Adobe website.

Can someone please tell me the product name or give me link to where I can download this free program off of the adobe website?
