Creating a Campaign Job for Auto Call Dialer

Hi. I'm having challenges importing the excel sheet containing user information for auto call dialler in IPOCC. I would appreciate any assistance. Thanks.

Okay, based on that information I don't really know where to begin.
Do you get any error messages?

Maybe you should contact your business partner?

It gives an error(I believe) in the command line interface which quickly goes away. It simply flashes so I cannot tell what it says. When I check database, there's nothing there.

Well, it should show on the error list in the client or in TTrace.

I have tried it several times. Have you got a different solution to this? I need to enable the Auto Call Dialler.

Could you assist me to import the csv file needed for mechanical dialler?
