First, Thank you all for being here this is a great pool of infomation for new users. I work for a hotel and we have an option 81c. What I am trying to do is. When an outside call comes in to our attendant console on route 8000-8008 if it rings more than 3 times. They want a voice promp to come up and say please hold for the next avi......... You know the drill. I have all the ntp's but i am unsure how to build this. Does anyone have any Cheat Sheets on how to do this. Any help you can give would be great

Thanks

- First of all, do you have a card that can give you the announcements?
- Second, you have to know wich route numbers they have.

Now change the ROA_DATA block in LD 15 as follows.

TYPE ROA_DATA
CUST 00
OPT ROI
FRRT 46 (this is the route number to first announcement)
FRT 6 (after what time in queue should it be played?)
SRRT 45 (this is the route number to second announcement)
SRT 20 (after what time after the first shoudl it be played?)
WAIT RGB
RICI 0 1 2 3 4 13 (what line keys should it be played for?)
