Hello,

I created a database using a form to input data. My problem is trying to add a button to where I can create a new report using various criteria. How do I go about doing this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Adding a button to what?
If all you want to do is open a report, draw the button & add DoCmd.OpenReport "reportname" to its click event.

"No matter what happens, somebody will find a way to take it too seriously."

Create a form for printing the report. Use unbound text boxes or combo boxes for the user to enter / choose the criteria, then write a query using the criteria entered on the form. The base your report on the query, and finally add a button using the method above to open the report.
