Creating a Build Database Script

Is there a quick way to get SQL server to take an existing database and create a script which could be used to rebuild the database (including or excluding data) ?

From Enterprise Manager, right-click on the DB and choose All Tasks - Generate SQL Script...

That's excellent - is there a way of doing it with data too ?

If you want to rebuild the DB and all data then that's basically just a full backup.
