I want to create what I know as a mail template (Outlook and Exchange user but new to Notes)
I want to click on the template to create a new mail using that template.
I also want to share it amongst a group of people so that if I update the template they will use the latest one.
The only thing that is different from a blank email is the text and subject.
Can anyone point me in the right direction. I can use the help but Notes may call it something different.
I would prefer to do something that does not involve a Lotus Notes Administrator getting involved as I will have to go through the normal uphill struggle of "You can't do that" and "Why do you want to do that?" and "We don't/can't support that"
