Hi CAD peeps,
Does anyone know how to go about creating a hatch style that would represent the knots in a piece of timber?? Basically, the hard way I've had to do it so far is draw loads of splines and trim them around the boundary. This of course is long-winded and it's not one single entity.
Can this this be easily done using standard hatch-style creating methods (I'm of the understanding that when creating user-defined hatch-styles you can't use arcular or circular lines - is this correct?). Or, would AutoLISP be the way to go?
I've never used AutoLISP before (I use VB/VBA), so if you would need it to create the hatch style I'm after, can someone give me the code to use, please..
Thanks in advance..
