CREATE TRIGGER DISABLED - URGENT!

Hi,

I would like to know how can i create a trigger disabled.
If i do like this:
CREATE TRIGGER xpto...

it stay enabled. there is any possibility of creating directly a trigger at disabled mode.

Thanks in advance!
