The MS Exchange server is a new area for me. I wonder if it is possible to automatically create a textfile from an incoming e-mail and place it in a specified folder somewhere?
I haven't done what you are asking - but I have done some oledb sql queries on incoming mail. It would probably be straight forward if you wanted to dump the contents to a text file though. Here is a link to get you started:
You could set up message archiving on the mailbox store. This would copy all inbound and oubound mail to an administrator mailbox that you can open up and examine.
