Hi,

in SQL on the AS400 ( STRSQL ) I have created a stored procedure that points to a CL prgram. I have successfully called the stored procedure from As400 SQL.

The problem I have is that when I try to find the stored procedure from VB.NET 2.0 Visual studio, I can't see it under the 'stored procedure' tree node under the connection explorer to my As400. I can see one I set up 18 months ago but I can't figure what else I did last time to make the old one visible. Is there a step here I'm missing? The authorities on the AS400 look the same and I used the same profile to create this new stored procedure as I did the old one.

Wierd.

Hi Skittle,

Did you create the stored procedure via the CREATE PROCEDURE stm ?

Could it be an issue with the parameter style ?

Yes, the CREATE PROCEDURE statement was issued in an SQL session.

From an SQL session it works fine.
