Create SOAP Header

Can someone please show me how to do this ?

Is it along the lines of

SOAPEnvelope envelope = message.getSOAPEnvelope();
SOAPHeaderElement element = envelope.addHeader("myHeaderNAme");

But I don't know how to put stuff into it and take stuff out
