Create Separator in Menu 1

I am using CommandBarPopup & CommandBarControl to create custom menus. How do I create a separator bar to group menu items? I tried the VB technique of "-" as caption but that doesn't work.

Been a while since I did some of this, but think I recall using a .BeginGroup property when creating new menu items. Think it was set to True to start a new group (separator above the item).
