create report based on infor in form

I am trying to have an option on a form that you can produce a report based on the forms info.

I have a form that where you enter information on training courses(date, location, course, facilitator). And there is a different form where you enter registration information for people registering for these training courses.

I want to be able to print a report that shows all the people registered for this particular course. How do I do this?

Have the Report button reference a query that pulls the information you need from the tables. To the user it'll look like if came from the form - but forms only DISPLAY what's in the tables behind them (or from queries and calculations, etc). Reports have to get the info from somewhere, just like a form does, since they too only DISPLAY. See?
