I have two tables in separate databases that I need to retrieve information for a report. The tables are identical in each database but I cannot link them because I only need the information to show up on the report and not any forms that are available to the users. How can I accomplish this through a query or vba?

Are you suggesting you can't or won't link the two tables in your database for creating the report?

If the tables are identical, can we assume you want to use a union query to report the records from both tables?

How about a little more detail so someone can help you?

I figured it out with the use of a union query although it took me a while. Thanks for ur comments!
