Create project function don't work in Windows XP

Hi friends:

I have MicroStrategy 7.1.0 version. For "create project" function and for "create facts" (and for "create attributes&quot, this one don't work fine.

Also, I got no views for projects icons, attributes icons and all objects icons in projects icons that I did create in metadata.

What's the problem??

upgrade to 7.2.3 i'm not sure 7.1 was tested with XP...
