I am having trouble with a Sharepoint Portal Site. A couple weeks ago, I created a site directory, and (I believe) when I created new subsites, it gave me the option to specify which categories to list the subsite under. Now if I select "Create Site" I no longer have the option to select a category. If I select "Add Link to Site", the categories appear for selection.
I do have Publisher turned on, this has created some other irregular occurences, and I don't know if it is affecting this function.
I need to know if this is the standard (it appears not from what I've read) or if some setting somewhere needs to be reset.
