The report groups/page breaks after each sales rep. When printing duplex how can I keep the the next sales rep from printing on the back of the previous sales rep's last page?

You would need to write a function that checks the current page number and then inserts an extra page break if the page number is even. Then it would be forced to the next page and you'd have a blank sheet of paper in between. Look up "force a page break if a condition is met" in the help system for some instruction. Joe Miller

Thanks Joe. I was able to insert a page break in the group header. My only disappointment is the page header has already formatted when it gets to the group header and so prints the page header where I would prefer a blank page. I added a comment "This page left blank intentionally" for the reader.

Please can you tell me how to create a function that checks the current page number and then inserts an extra page break is the page number is even.

Thanks.
