Create Outlook Style GUI

How can I have an Outlook Style GUI wherein the Toolbar is like that of Outlook. I'm currently using the SmartUI OCX but its just a demo version any suggestion of where I can get a crack of this SmartUI ocx or any other ocx file which is freeware

If you are looking for a ocx, the Sheridan ActiveListBar replicates the Outlook look and feel very well. It can be found at
