I have a user need, and my initial research is not turning up the solution I hoped for.
We would like to create a Calendar in Outlook XP, running on Exchange.
A user would create the calendar in their Outlook, or if need be we could create it in Public folders.
1 User would enter in appointments on this calendar. Every appointment put on this calendar, would copy to 3 user's personal calendars. It would do it automatically and not bother the 3 users.
Any way to do this?
