I changed the application objects name to something else and when I try to create a project/executable & pbd's I get the following error:
Create of executable file failed
What I did was open my original application object. Then I did a save as into the same application objects pbl with a different name for the application object. I then created a new project with the following options:
Full rebuild
Executable Format: Native
Check off 'PBD' for all the libraries in the application
I proceeded with deleting the old project and old app. object name. I then ran the new project and I get the above error.
I'm using PB 6.5.
I figure that the changing of the application name is what is causing this error. If I run the application in PB everything works fine. What is causing this error and how can I fix this.
Thanks
Keith
