Create new page with MySQL record

Hi,
I am a relative newbie to MySQL and PHP etc..
What I would really like to know is how to, when I use my form I have created to add a record to my table, this can create a new page on my site, and display the contents of the record I have created?!?!
The database is called articles, table is Called CSS, with two fields, title and content.

Sounds like you are trying to create a Content Management System. Here's a tutorial which outlines what I think you are trying to achieve:

You might also like to try out an existing CMS if you require it, as there's no point reinventing the wheel!

I use a CMS called Drupal ( or you can look for a CMS which encapsulates the features you require at
