Short story i work for an organization in guatemala, a US organization donated to us a pbx system (sv8100) they installed it and configured, so now we need codes to some personal to make calls outside we only know two codes they provided us but we need more to other personal, i have full access to the WebPro i was looking in the Toll Restriction section, no luck any of the codes match for any entry of those tables to add more, we have no support on our country for this plant sv8100, 0 tutorials anywhere, documentation is very limited equipment seems old we got it used not new, ty for your help.
