Create MySQL database?

I've been using MDSE recently and there is a great tool for creating tables provided by MS

Is there something similar to this for MySQL?

If you're running Linux, webmin also has a useful mysql administration utility

For a Windows environment take a look at MYSQL-Front (which is free) or SQLYog (which is not!). The latter is more comprehensive and has synchronisation capabilities. Both are useful.
