Create MOH of ringing phone

Hi,

I would like to create a MOH file of a ringing phone. Is there any way I can snag the audio file that cisco is using internally that provides the ringing and use it for the MOH for my inbound calls?

All inbound calls are forwarded to the IPCC. So when an agent is free, there is a few seconds of MOH. I would like for this scenario to play a ringing phone sound as MOH.

what if the customer is on hold for 10 mins...ring,ring,ring,ring,ring,ring,ring,ring,ring,ring,ring,ring....sorry

this would not happen. in the scenario I have, if there are no agents are available a different message plays. this ringing moh would only play while the call is being transfered from the queue to the agent.

ah, understand now. mine does this but i used the Unity "please wait while i transfer your call"

used the ringback.ulaw.wav file.
works like a champ.
