My report looks like the information below. It is displayed at the group level and summed at each project.

I want a parameter created that will only show those projects that are over 1,000
The end result should be just Pid Enhancement and Implementation Plan
However, my formula is a Sum of Actual + Sum of Remaining to give me the last column.
How do I do a select of minimum to maximum based on a Sum Total?
