When I go into the Create menu in .apr "A," it is grayed out until "Named Find/Sort. As a result, I cannot create a worksheet or report. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Sounds like you've hit the 100 views per apr limit. You may be able to combine two or more forms with same main table into one form with multiple pages but this is often more trouble than it's worth. It's time to split the apr up into smaller modules!
