CREATE MDI PARENT & CHILD FROM EXISTING FORMS??

I would like to create a MDI parent Form and a MDI child Form from two existing SDI forms in my appliaction. Is this possible??

I tried removing from my application the Form I want to make a MDI parent form and then adding it back in as a MDI parent Form but can't make it work.

Any help is appreciated.
