Create Instance in 9.2 on a Domain

I am having problems building a local DB to my machine. I have Oracle 9.2.0.1.0 installed. The install is good, but for some reason when I log on to the box with a domain account, I can't connect to or control the instance. If i log on as the local machine administrator, it all works fine. If I take the box off the domain, and make it a work group, it works fine.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why this might happen. I guess it could be domain access rights, but I had the Domain SysAdmin login and we tried it under his account, and it still didn't work.



The money's gone, the brain is shot.....but the liquor we still got.
