create installer process

We have been on goldmine 5.70.2404 for about 4 months. I have around 5500 contacts. Our Linked document folder has around 60 Meg in documents in it. Recently It is taking 48 hours to create a install for undocked users for get all contacts. It used to take only a couple hours. Any help with cleanup on goldmine or the sql 2000 server or ideas on my slowdown would be appreciated.

Switch off antivirus when building the initial transfer set - it'll work a lot faster.
