Create IIS 1

Hi,
I am new to this. I need to create IIS virtual root directory for my Windows 2003 server. Can anyone direct me to a starting point or what is the method of doing that.

Open the IIS MMC. ( Start->Programs->Administrative Tools-> Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager)
Expand 'local computer' by clicking the [+] sign.
Expand 'Web Sites'.
Right click on the Web Site that you would like to create a Virtual Directory for.
In the property dialog, select(click) 'New Virtual Directory...'.
Follow the prompts.
