Create global variable to be used accross dialog boxes

How do you create a global variable that can be accessed by the entire dialog type application? For example, I have one dialog box that is calling another dialog box, and I want them to close simutaneously. Thanks in advance!

Umm... consider making a Public in your App, and declaring it in each dialog:

int CMyApp::nMyGlobalInt

CoolNameDenied

Sending a regular WinMessage between them should do the trick, WM_CLOSE baybe.....

The dialog receiving this mess will automatically close. In this way you avoid busy waiting.
