Create Folders on C:\ drive in Deployment phase

Guys,

How can i create a folder named 'test' on C:\ drive when i setup the deployment project? (I want the setup program to do this for me). I am using Windows App and C#.

Also, how can i create the Menu Item (Test) in the start menu along with executable (test.exe) and Unstall (uninstall.exe) package as sub-menu items under Menu Item (Test). (start > Programs > Test). Just like all applications does it.

Your install tool should have the ability to do this. Check it's documentation for creating directories, and creating shortcuts.
