I need to create a formula that will report elapsed time between the opening and closing of a help desk ticket. I want to express this in days, hours, minutes, seconds.
KazWaz: I have a UFL which does exactly this. You enter 2 datetimes and an optional flag to determine whether you want the text inserted i.e. "hrs" "mins" etc. If you want to try this let me know David C. Monks
