Create Duplicate Record

Hello

I have a user that has her setting on "Create Duplicate Record"

From the main menu File | New Record

under "Creation Method" - lower left, the option for "Create Duplicate Record" is checked. If I uncheck it, it works fine, how do I make it be off by default.

Its only happening to one user, but I can't find the setting to turn it off.

After you've created one it should remember your settings.
