I created at macro enabled word template in Word 2007 and it went great. I double clicked the template file to create a new document. After creating the new document none of the macros that were in the template are in the actual Word document they are still linked back to the template.

So if I email the new word document (based on the template) to a person and they don't have access to the template file none of the macros work.

Is there a way to have the macros from the template go with the new document?

Thank you

Hi

Open the document you have the macros in. On the Home Tab, click the small arrow in the lower right of the Style box. Select the Manage Styles icon. Click the Import/Export button. Click the Macro Project Items. Navigate to the document you want to copy the macros to. Click arrows to copy.

HTH,

Best,
Blue Horizon [2thumbsup]
