Create distribution list but show only their own email

Is it possible to use a personal DL or Exchange DL and when the email is received, only their respective email is shown? Or at least to block the list from showing?

Put the DL in the BCC field, sender's name in the 'TO'

Thanks noveyron. This certainly works but I think I am going to use the mail merger in Word. My problem is that my sales team wants to have a more personilized email. When email is received it shows the "from" and "To" same email.
I've tested the mail merge and works great.
