Create Desktop Shortcut to form on exchange server

Hi,

Does anyone know how to add a shortcut to your desktop to a form residing on the exchange server.
I know the syntax for a form in the personnal folder i.e.

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\OUTLOOK.EXE" /C "IPM.NOTE.formname"

however i am unsure what the syntax should be for a form on the server.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
