Create Delete form

I have a Access DB on my Intranet that has 4 fields in each record, (Name, Emp ID, Dept, Date) and I would like to automate a process where people can go to a form on the Intranet and enter the name from the DB and delete the record. Is this possible with Front Page?

The only really easy way to create a delete records form is to use the DIW and use the delete form that this wizard creates. See:

Of course, you could create a delete record form with ASP instead of having FP generate the page for you.
