Create custom menu from code

Hi all,

I would like to create a custom menu bar starting from my switchboard table. Does anyone has a good example on this? I was able to create a menu via code, to add some items but not to place this items in the right order, under the right submenu's and give the the appropriate properties such as the macro to run, the icon, etc.

I got a little bit further already. A thing that is still breaking my mind is how I can create sub-menu's. I tried to ad a commandbar -object to a commandbar but that doesn't work... any suggestions for this one?
