I'm trying to create a customized task request form in Outlook 2003's public folders. I created a new folder in public folders and selected it be a task type. I then go to tools > forms > design a form and it says that it has to create it in my personal lists.
With the task (design) form open, I can't delete anything, edit anything or add anything. I'd basically like to start from scratch and create new fields on the form for data entry.
Is there something extra I need to do to do this?
