Create Custom Access Icon

Does anyone know how to assign an icon for the desktop, etc. for Access?

Right click on the current desktop icon, select properties, and then select the Change Icon button.

If it is only a shortcut then you can change as per FancyPrairie's suggestion. Not the db itself.

For specific MDB files, you can set an icon using Tools, Startup - this can be used to help your Access db look more like a standalone app.

Can you please elaborate what you mean by specific ?
AFIK it can change the app icon on the title bar not the icon of DB.

Yes, it changes the icon displayed on the title bar when the mdb is opened in Access, not of the actual file.

By specific, I merely meant that this is a "per database" setting. It can be done for any mdb.
