Create corporate mailbox in OE6

I want to configure a corporate mailbox to keep copies of all employees' incoming and outcoming mails. How can I configure this mailbox? Is this legal if they are informed and agree with this policy?

In other words, I want a folder or mailbox to keep a copy of every mail received or sent.

Outlook Express is not designed to be networked or shared among different workstations. Doing so can cause the message stores to be corrupted.

You would have to look at other software to do this.

Is it legal? I don't profess to know but do offer this one opinion.

If your workers are getting their work done, who cares? Let them email whoever.

If they're lazing around doing little fire their butts in a heartbeat.
 
Thanks for your advice. It´s true what your are saying about the work done or not by the workers. My responsibility is not to fire anybody (thank God) but yes to give solutions to management requeriments although I may not agree with this policy. The problem is that we receive many vital important mails that accidentaly dissapear and we get no notice about them. We need a copy of all emails to be sure we are getting all the information we need.
