Create Contracts from SOP

We are implementing the Contract module and I am unable to find how to create a contract from a SOP line item. From the documentation, it states, that we can have SOP create a contract from the SOP order process. Does anyone know how? Or, am I out in left field on this one.

Hi Ivan.
Check the module setup. Be sure that under contract that the "Auto Create Contract from SOP" box is checked.
