Hello people,
I come to ask your help to clarify a doubt, have a CM5.2 and the client wants to create a code of conduct for * conference. It is possible to do this in CM? I searched and did not find ...

Can you clarify what a 'code of conduct' is ?

regards,
Sekitori

indeed do you mean a pin number to enter the conf , or ....hey you just let us know in real simple detail what you mean... first time i have ever heard this terminology in relation to telecomms.

APSS (SME)
ACSS (SME)
ACIS (UC)

sorry,
I'm referring features code. if is possible create the code for conference.

I have conference as a hard-key option on my 4610's, 4620/21 and 4602's.
On my 9620's it's a functionkey that appears when a connection is made with another number.

Why would you want to make it a feature-access-code ?

regards,
Sekitori

for analog extensions, the client not whether use flash, the pabx old had central feature * 77 for conference and he want it to be created in the CM.

Did *77 dial a "meet me" conference or did it just do a three way call?

Would be : He receives a call, hold, use * 77 to add the new call connection the conference, including him in line.

The CM won't work like his old system. Why would you want it to? Sell him on the idea that he no longer needs to use codes so it is simpler than before. Since it is an analog phone, he only needs to press the recall button or a quick touch of the switch hook This puts the first caller on soft hold and gives the second dial tone so they can call anyone they normally have permissions to call, make the announcement, touch the recall button (or a short press of the switch hook) and the conference is in progress. It does not get much simpler.
