Create chart with more than 2 "On chage of fields"

Is it possible to create a chart with more than 2 "on Change of fields" I have a report that groups by:

Month closed
|
|-> Region (3 different Regions)
|
|-> Technology (2 different Technologies)

I build a line chart with the "On chage of" fields set to @MonthClosed and @Technology I then set the "ShowValue" to
@Avg#TktsperTech.

All the chart shows is data for the first region over each month not all three regions. I think if it is possible to have three on change of fields I could add region and all would work!

Any ideas on how to correct?
