i have a report in which I've calculated the average of a running total of a datediff field divided by the distinct count of a key field called ticket#. I have #rt, sum distinct count, @avg formulas for each group(one of which is month) in the report and as well as a total for the entire report.
i would like to create a chart over time (by month) that reflects the averages. However when I go into the chart options the @avg formulas don not appear as options to select. I tried moving the @avg formulas into the detail section of the report but they still do not appear.
does anyone out there know of a work around to which will allow me to chart this data over time (month)?
