use trs and each cos enter starting number to deny like 00 for international dialling. put the user in the cos set for that restriction
if works from cos 2 to 6 and 7 is no calls 1 is all calls . anything set in cos 2 will also affect 3-6 anything in 3 will affect 4-6 and so on
