Create call back and call pick up to cisco call manager 7

Call Pickup: Create a call pickup group (Call Routing -> Call Pickup Group). After that assign the directory number to the call pickup group (this is done at the directory number).
Now you can use the pickup button on your softkeys (if not available you need to assign the button the same way as the call back button).

Call back: This feature has to be assigned to the softkey template. (Device -> Device Setting -> Softkey template).
Make a copy of your current used template select it and the in the top right drop down box select Configure Softkey Layout.
Add the call back function to the ring out.

Make sure that the new template is assigned to the devices.

Good Luck
