I go to Site Actions->Site Settings->People and Groups->New->Add Users. Under my Users/Groups text box I do not see a button named Create which is shown in my documentation. Without this Create button, I am unable to create new users. Thanks for any tips...
Yeah once you have typed in the new user and sharepoint has found the user, click the check user tick under the text box. Assign permissions and at the bottom of the page should be an ok button click that and the new user should be added.
