Create BACK Button on PDF Form

Hi. I've got Acrobat 7.0 professional and I have created a form and would like to add a 'back' button next to the 'submit' button. This button would take you to the previous page in your browser. However, I can't figure out how to make it work. I've tried javascript - and am not sure if I'm entering it into the box correctly.

Anyone have any ideas as to how to make this work properly?
